Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International delivery is not available yet.

Delivery costs
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99 for orders under £60
- Standard UK delivery: free for orders of £60 or more

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). We send every order using a tracked delivery service, and it usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery may take longer to some postcode areas, during public holidays or when carriers are unusually busy.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel through to delivery. If you have not received your dispatch email, please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@rillwag.com.

Your delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to change it, email support@rillwag.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please email support@rillwag.com with your order number and, for damage, a few photographs. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
